Shipping Status

Last updated December, 2020 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic across the globe, delivery time may be longer than usual.  Please do NOT use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current pandemic guideline (e.g. Office, schools, business). For any questions, please contact our customer service via orders@morbilify.com For any questions regarding orders that have already been placed, please include Order number and Name in the email. 

 

Shipping Fee

Free standard Ground shipping on all orders to 48 contiguous States.  For shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam, additional shipping fee applies.  All orders are shipped from Morbilify HQ in beautiful Southern California.

Processing and Shipping

When an order is placed on Morbilify website, a confirmation number will be provided at the end of the check-out process and email confirmation will be sent to the email provided.   Normally, orders will ship within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekend and holidays) upon order and payment processing.   Orders may sometimes be delayed if additional information or verification are required.   Any expected delivery dates provided are estimates only. 

Delivery Address – Important

A complete and accurate delivery address is important. Please include suite or apartment number (if applicable). Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or reroute the package.  If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact via email or phone for address correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. That is why a contact telephone number and email are required for all orders.  All purchases through Morbilify.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

 

Standard Shipping Method – UPS, Fedex or USPS 

Products shipped via standard Ground service may be any of these 3 methods.  Standard delivery time varies, depending on the carrier and ship to address.   An email confirmation with tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
