Here are the guidelines for returns and refunds

  • Purchases made within 30 days
  • Item(s) must be new, unused and in the same condition as originally shipped.  Original packaging and all accessories (bracket, mounts, cables, chargers, power cables, user guide) included in the return
  • Proof of purchase or receipt 
  • Contact Morbilify for RMA number PRIOR to returning product.  We are unable to accept or process the return without RMA number

Here’s how it works

To start a return (RMA), please email returns@morbilify.com

Please include order number, name and contact info in the email

We will then email a RMA number and return instructions

Please include RMA number on the shipping box and a copy of the receipt with the return so that we can process the return

Any returns without RMA number or receipt included cannot be processed (We wouldn’t know who its from) 

All returns to Morbilify should be properly packaged to prevent breakage in transit, and  reputable carrier with tracking number.  

All returns to Morbilify will be freight pre-paid (paid by the customer)

Once the RMA is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that the returned item(s) has been received

Our team will review and inspect the returned item(s) and inform you of the return status 

Once the return is processed, we will notify you of the refund status

We will issue a refund within 3 business days to the original method of payment 

If expedited shipping service was selected during the original purchase, only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded.  The expedited shipping charges will not be refunded

In certain situations, a partial refund may be provided if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts (if applicable)

Please allow time from credit card company and bank to process and reflect the refund / credit.  This could range from 5 – 10 business days depending on the bank.
